Ingredients

of good whole wheat bread
or bread of choice

thick slices of roasted turkey breast
Roma tomato slices
Cucumber slices
Avocado slices
Handful of sprouts
A handful of baby spinach leaves
Thin slices of red onion
***Soak the slices in ice-water for 10 minutes if too strongly flavored

of Swiss cheese
Mayonnaise
to taste
Deli mustard
to taste
Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper
to taste
Instructions
Spread the mayonnaise and mustard on the slices of bread.
Layer the turkey, spinach, tomato, sprouts, cucumber, red onion, Swiss cheese, and avocado. Season with sea salt and black pepper to taste.
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
