Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Coat a round pizza tray with cooking spray. Top with a sprinkling of cornmeal and a little sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste.
Remove the dough from the bag & let it sit on a floured surface for 20 minutes. This helps the dough become easier to work with.
Remove the turkey Italian sausage from their casings, then cook it in a skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through and crumbled.
Spread dough on a pizza sheet coated with cooking spray and a sprinkle of cornmeal; season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste.
Spoon the sauce on the dough and spread evenly..
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over, followed by the sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, black olives, and jalapeño slices. Top with some crushed red pepper flakes, if desired.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and the crust is golden brown.
Remove from the oven, then slice and serve immediately. Enjoy
