Mixed greens

Instructions
Cut the thin bottom portion from the bottom couple of inches of the chicken breast. Cut each remaining portion of the chicken breast in half lengthwise.
Place the 6 chicken pieces in a large zip-lock bag and pour the hot sauce over the top. Seal and mix until the chicken is evenly coated with the hot sauce. Refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
Remove the chicken from the refrigerator 20 minutes before cooking it.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Coat the skillet with cooking spray, then add the chicken pieces to the HOT skillet and season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste, if desired.
Cook for 3-4 minutes, then flip over and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the chicken is completely cooked through.
Meanwhile, warm up the dinner rolls in the oven for a few minutes.
Place a piece of lettuce on the bottom half of the dinner roll, followed by a piece of chicken and a dollop of blue cheese dressing. Top with the remaining half of the dinner roll.
Serve immediately, along with extra hot sauce on the side. Enjoy.
