Pizza Bread

We have been so busy lately with school, swimming lessons for both kids, and my daughter’s micro soccer league two nights a week, so I’ve been making quick and easy recipes for lunch and dinner. I found a par-baked loaf of ciabatta bread at Trader Joe’s and thought it would be excellent for pizza bread using leftover pizza sauce we had in the fridge. It was really simple to make, and my kids loved topping them with their favorite toppings. This easy pizza bread recipe was a big hit with all of us and paired nicely with a simple Italian salad.

Slice in half lengthwise and spread pizza or marinara sauce on each half of the bread.
Sprinkle the top with mozzarella on each side, then top with pepperoni, pineapple, and a bit of dried basil.
