Cast Iron

Its textured enameled black matte interior browns food beautifully, without sticking. Classic STAUB lids are heavy weight and tight-fitting to retain moisture. Ceramics
The beautiful porcelain enamel glaze of STAUB ceramics prevents moisture absorption during baking, so baked goods won't dry out, and it diffuses heat gently and retains heat exceptionally well. Oven and broiler safe up to 572°F, ceramics can also be used in the microwave and are conveniently dishwasher safe. Highly scratch and impact resistant, STAUB ceramics are also freezer safe.
